Role of the Managing Director

The Managing Director (MD) will act as the Chief Executive Officer of CPGCBL, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. Responsibilities include:

H4: Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Leading corporate planning, business development, and project execution
  • Overseeing all technical, financial, and structural operations
  • Ensuring that policies, procedures, and systems are maintained and adhered to

Financial & Legal Oversight

  • Liaising with national and international financial institutions for funding
  • Overseeing legal compliance, contract negotiations, and stakeholder relations

Organizational & Welfare Direction

  • Guiding human resource policies, employee welfare, and corporate culture
  • Ensuring reports, audits, and regulatory submissions are prepared promptly

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

Educational Requirements
